承接已合并的 #3。本 PR：

  1. 删除 run_batch_openwakeword_ax*.sh（依赖旧二进制的 timing 输出，不适用于预编译发布；批量工作流留在 GitHub 源码仓库）
  2. run_openwakeword_ax.sh：BSP 默认路径改为板端运行库（AX650=/soc/lib，AX630C=/opt/lib），去掉已删除 build 脚本的引用
  3. cpp/README.md 重写为 HF 预编译版（二进制 + 共享库用法，编译说明指向 GitHub）
  4. 顶层 README 移除批量脚本引用
