HF 发布版收尾：移除 C++ 源码、新增预编译共享库 SDK、修复 README

承接已合并的 #2（config.json + 模型校准）。本 PR：
- 移除 cpp 源码/构建脚本（源码在 GitHub 仓库：https://github.com/AXERA-TECH/openWakeWord.AXERA/pull/2）
- 新增预编译共享库 cpp/lib/ax650|ax630c/libopenwakeword_ax.so + 头文件 cpp/include/openwakeword_ax.hpp（二次开发链接用）
- README 补 YAML frontmatter，C++ 章节改为预编译产物 + 共享库用法
板端实测：AX650 alexa 1.0 WAKEUP / mycroft 1.0 WAKEUP；AX630C alexa 0.999985 WAKEUP
