Add model card, paper link, and project links

Hi! I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community science team.
This PR adds a model card for SPLASH-1B, linking it to the paper Wake up for Touch! Mask-isolated Tactile Alignment Learning in MLLMs, as well as to your GitHub repository and project page.
It also adds the image-text-to-text pipeline tag to ensure it's categorized and discovered correctly on the Hugging Face Hub.
