Looks like your phones memory is struggling. You need the 3.79GB of RAM for the model and some for the chat, at the very least 6GB I would estimate. Is you phone capable of that? Android is as vague as even possible... ;-)
Did you try it on a Desktop PC/Laptop? Then you should be fine with any PC. Half modern at least, maybe 64Bit minimum? —> (from the last two decades)
