Redesign UI with Ethereal Glass and Aurora Noir themes

Overhaul the custom CSS with two complete theme systems — a light "Ethereal Glass" theme with frosted glass and aurora gradients, and a dark "Aurora Noir" theme with depth effects and animated accents. Includes styled tabs, tables, dropdowns, tags, and form elements for both modes. Also add .DS_Store to .gitignore.
