Add model card info and metadata

This PR improves the model card by adding metadata for the paper "T-REN: Learning Text-Aligned Region Tokens Improves Dense Vision-Language Alignment and Scalability".
It also adds the relevant pipeline_tag so the model can be discovered under the Image Feature Extraction category. Links to the paper and GitHub repository are included for better documentation, along with a summary of the model's performance.
