The Savant_v7 Stability Engine is a specialized classification framework developed to validate the physical consistency of galactic rotation curves within the Resonance of Reality Framework (Φ5.2). It acts as a gatekeeper for the 12-node icosahedral multi-agent network, predicting the 'Goodness of Fit' ($p_{good}$) based on a 15-dimensional physical feature schema.
