Synthyra is a Public Benefit LLC building biochemical computation tools for molecular hypothesis generation.

We develop models, datasets, APIs, and research services that help scientists move from biological questions to testable molecular hypotheses. Our work focuses on protein-protein and protein-ligand interaction prediction, functional annotation, pathway enrichment, structure-aware analysis, and AI-assisted research synthesis.

Synthyra is built for researchers working across medicine, agriculture, environmental science, biodefense, and drug discovery. Starting from a protein sequence, gene, pathway, organism, or small molecule, our tools help identify likely interactions, functional signals, off-target risks, and candidate mechanisms worth validating experimentally.
