ALSC: Asymmetric Log-Sigmoid Cap (Novel)

Why Novel

Asymmetric capping matches attention's natural asymmetry (queries attend to keys, not symmetric). The beta shift creates a "dead zone" near zero for sparsity; alpha controls gradient sharpness independently of bound.
