Add image-to-3d pipeline tag and paper link to model card

Hi! I'm Niels from Hugging Face.
This pull request updates the model card to:
- Add
pipeline_tag: image-to-3din the YAML metadata so the model appears under the Image-to-3D task filter on the Hub. - Add a link to the paper page (InfiniSplat: Implicit Gaussian Decoding for Large-Baseline Monocular View Synthesis).
