Whats the deal here, how is Comfy-Org able to distribute the diffusion-models to US and EU under the community license?

I had not noticed the community license attached to this repo when I begun work on my project, I now have a number of int8 diffusion-models with quantization targeting native processing via triton backend. But on intended day of release i noticed the community license and from my understanding of the wording of this license, I believe redistribution to EU and US is not permitted under the license. How has Comfy-Org managed to get round this license wording and who's permission to I need to seek to get authorization to do the same?

They released it with the permission of Minimax, and where is community license? I don't see any license on this repo. The license that you are seeing here:
Click on it, it'll take you to this address https://huggingface.co/MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3/blob/main/LICENSE
This is a MiniMaxAI not ComfyUI license.

And it clearly states "5. “Excluded Territories” means the European Union, the United Kingdom, the Republic of Korea and the United States of America. "
Or did you read some other license somewhere?
