Update pipeline tag and add Primus paper information

Hi! I'm Niels, part of the community science team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card by:

Updating the pipeline_tag to image-segmentation to better reflect its intended use in 3D medical image segmentation tasks.
Adding a link to the paper Primus: Enforcing Attention Usage for 3D Medical Image Segmentation.
Adding a link to the official code repository.
Providing clearer context on the model variants and SSL pre-training methods used in the OpenMind benchmark.
