Refuse an empty file before the GPU is reserved Running
Verified signatureAn audio file of no frames passed the checks in process_fn, since soundfile reads it without complaint and the limits checked are maximums, so it reached the GPU call and failed there, spending the caller's ZeroGPU allowance. It is refused with a message first. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>9d32c13 -
Build the model inside the GPU call again
Verified signatureBuilding the default size in the worker failed at startup with No CUDA GPUs are available: muscriptor loads its safetensors straight onto CUDA, which ZeroGPU emulation does not answer outside a call, and its conditioners keep the device they were built for. The model is built inside the call again, as before, from weights the worker downloads. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>4d3ab93 -
Build the default size in the worker, and check the variant
Verified signatureBuilds the medium model, the default, in the worker rather than only downloading every size there, builds another size when a request picks it, moves the beat checkpoint link into the worker, and refuses an unknown variant. It also imports spaces plainly, since it is always installed. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>a8c158e -
Drop the length cap on the music, keeping the reservation sized to it
Verified signatureThe model works through it in segments or chunks, so its length costs time rather than memory. ZeroGPU already refuses a request that the caller's tier or remaining allowance cannot cover, before reserving anything, and tells a free account how to get more. A cap set so that a free account could afford every request therefore only turned away callers who could. The only request refused here now is one whose reservation would outlast PyHARP's 15 minute timeout, which would stop it anyway.0ee1134

Pin muscriptor 0.3.0, whose 0.4.0 renamed transcribe_to_midi, fetch the weights at startup, run every size on the GPU, and check requests before the GPU is reserved.
