This is a drafting stub for future GPT Action deployment. It is not legal advice.

## Data handled

A Substrate connector may receive:

- user prompts submitted through Primordial OS Runtime GPT;
- selected node references and hashtags;
- workspace/session identifiers;
- command type and claim boundary;
- generated receipts and overlay proposals.

## Data not required for MVP

- passwords;
- payment data;
- precise location;
- medical records;
- legal records;
- private third-party credentials.

## Use

Data is used to route trace capsules, generate Substrate outputs, preserve audit receipts, and maintain workspace-local overlays.

## Public contribution boundary

Public users do not directly mutate canonical artifacts or the canonical Primordial Lexicon.

## Human review

Human review remains required before downstream claims, publication, canonical lexicon updates, or canonical source changes.
