It is designed to help examine whether records, warrants, reports, bodycam/recording alignment, notice, evidence chains, and review pathways preserve honesty, integrity, respect, auditability, and human oversight before institutional escalation. This Space uses **HIR × OAM — Pre-Carceral Due-Process Integrity Layer** as the front-door artifact. It frames due process as a pressure-bearing integrity problem: institutions can cause serious harm when weak documentation, missing context, poor provenance, one-sided process, or degraded review pathways are treated as complete. ## Main app file The Hugging Face Static Space app file is: ```text index.html ``` This is the renamed copy of: ```text HIR_OAM_DueProcess_Integrity_Layer.html ``` ## Source/search target ```text HIR_OAM_DueProcess_Integrity_Layer.html ``` ## Core framing This layer does not decide guilt, innocence, legality, liability, or case outcome. It asks whether documentation has enough integrity to support further review without converting gaps, pressure, or weak provenance into institutional certainty. ## Boundary This is a documentation-integrity architecture and public review prototype. It is not legal advice, not a legal finding, not a verdict machine, not a case-outcome predictor, not a substitute for an attorney, not a substitute for a judge, not a substitute for due-process rights, and not a standalone basis for legal, investigative, disciplinary, employment, housing, immigration, policing, or carceral decisions. Human review is required. Domain-qualified review is required before any real-world use. Structural correspondence, not ontological equivalence. ## Ecosystem position This Space is part of the broader Primordial Code Ecosystem.
