# Due Process / Institutional Integrity Stack

Due Process / Institutional Integrity Stack is a public HIR/OAM documentation-integrity map for pre-carceral and institutional-review contexts. It is designed to help examine whether records, warrants, reports, bodycam/recording alignment, notice, evidence chains, and review pathways preserve honesty, integrity, respect, auditability, and human oversight before institutional escalation.

This Space uses **HIR × OAM — Pre-Carceral Due-Process Integrity Layer** as the front-door artifact. It frames due process as a pressure-bearing integrity problem: institutions can cause serious harm when weak documentation, missing context, poor provenance, one-sided process, or degraded review pathways are treated as complete.
