## How to use in LaunchPadAI

1. **Canvas → Career Resources** widget already links many of these sources.
2. **Bundled seed:** On Space/container startup the backend auto-ingests these Markdown files into a shared Chroma knowledge pack (`__launchpad_knowledge_pack__`) so RAG works without per-user upload.
3. **Optional upload:** You can still attach extra PDFs/Markdown in chat (paperclip) for session-specific context.
4. Advisors are prompted to prefer Handshake, LinkedIn, campus career services, and official company university pages — and never invent openings.
