Sync checkpoint directories
Verified signatureSync checkpoints/ and checkpoints_deprecated/ with the local directory layout. Deprecated checkpoint files are moved out of checkpoints/. Local .cache files are excluded because the Hub API rejects .cache paths.3348c59
