No standalone LICENSE/NOTICE was listed at that revision; the unmodified upstream card and standard Apache-2.0 license text are included. Changes: strict raw-weight ModernBERT graph, static S128/S512, in-graph CLS/L2 pooling, optional scalar W8 linear palettes with FP32 embedding table/compute, and h18p GPU AOT compilation. Signed apps/profiles and device data are excluded. This local candidate is not publication approval.
